How long does it take for me to receive my order?

We will ship ASPS after payment, usually shipped within 24 hours by Fedex/UPS/DHL, express shipping will arrive in 3-4 working days(USA, other maybe 3-7 working days), you will get notification after shipped.

Do you charge sales tax?

Shipping charges do not cover duty and taxes. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes associated with the shipment. We do not accept any returned packages because buyer is unwilling or fail to pay custom duties and taxes. Click HERE for details.

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?

If you would like to cancel or change an order, send us email admin@itsuhair.com immediately. We will do everything to accommodate your request. However, shipped items cannot be canceled or changed. Refused packages will be refunded for the merchandise ordered minus shipping and handling cost.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

Yes, please contact us first, we will send you invoice.
